Parliamentary Year Book - Edinburgh International Culture Summit starts today

Martin Davidson, the British Council, the Executive Director said:-"the international language of the Edinburgh Summit is a historical and an unprecedented event. Edinburgh International Festival Director Jonathan Mills said:-"it is a great indication of the power and the role of culture and country success that so many Nations sent Ministers and delegations to be present and participate in the culture of the first Edinburgh Derby, the International Summit of the identity.

"We have already begun to enter the time in the history of a particular culture, which is to the nation, religion or politics is all pervasive and dominant.
